Region 15’s Tim Grebe Wins the Albert E. Wilson, III Award
Throughout 4M Building Solutions, our leaders are exceptionally knowledgeable, dedicated and hard working. That makes it difficult to choose just one to honor with the Albert E. Wilson, III Region/District of the Year Award for Leadership. Looking back at 2016, however, we tallied up the scores and saw that Tim Grebe from Region 15 deserves to be named the best of the best.
Tim has been a part of the 4M family for over twenty years and has been an exemplary team member throughout his entire career. He currently leads our special projects region, which offers a unique set of challenges. No matter how tough the problem, Tim’s work ethic, knowledge and experience mean that he can lead his team to perform at their highest level possible.
Not only does everyone who works with Tim understand exactly why he is so deserving of this honor, but we also have the data to back it up. When evaluating performance, we utilize a wide range of metrics that allow us to gain deep insight into how and why someone succeeds. For this award, we consistently saw Tim’s name towards the top of each category:

According to Vice President and General Manager Josh Hendricks, who works closely with Tim on a regular basis, it all begins with Tim’s tireless work ethic and unfailingly positive attitude. “Tim has always been willing to do what it takes to get the job done,” Josh said. “He and his team did a fabulous job in 2016. In the 2.5 years that I have been here, Tim has already taught me many things. Congratulations to Tim and his team on a job well done!”
We are lucky to have Tim, his team members, and everyone who works so hard day in and day out. It is due to the team-first mentality and dedication to being the best that 4M Building Solutions is widely respected throughout the building services industry. With people like Tim setting such great examples, it is no wonder why 4M is full of such amazing people!
