We want to take a look at some of the new, innovative products that we have identified as great fits for our mission of meticulous attention to detail and dedication to green cleaning methods.

Oreck Commercial M-PWR 20V Slingvac

When we discovered this new product, we saw an opportunity to both improve our effectiveness cleaning hard-to-reach places while reducing our environmental impact through multiple avenues. This cordless, versatile machine is equipped with multiple tools and cleans all surfaces, serving as a dust mop and a vacuum for both hard floors and above-floor hard surfaces, in addition to carpet and upholstery.

One reason it is eco-friendly is the quick charging, fade-free battery. It uses less power to charge and lasts longer, reducing our energy usage. Also, the large nozzle vacuum uses microfiber pads to trap dirt and debris. These pads are washable, so instead of creating waste with each use, we can wash the filters and reuse them, exponentially reducing waste.

Karcher BD 30/4 Compact Disc Scrubber

The compact, maneuverable disc scrubber was designed for small, congested areas that require the ability for our Team Members to clean floors in tight spots. The eco-efficiency mode conserves power and its quiet operation allows for daytime operation. By cleaning during normal operating hours, we can reduce our carbon footprint by using less power at night whenever the building is not in use. And because the scrubber leaves absolutely no water behind, it is safe to use around tenants, who will not be disturbed by a loud machine. Not to mention that the 100% water pickup allows Team Members to work efficiently be employing backwards scrubbing techniques.

Hoover HushTone Cordless Upright Vacuum

This is the first commercial cordless upright vacuum cleaner with onboard tools, which increases productivity and safety while lowering maintenance requirements, saving the use of unnecessary energy and disposable materials. To further increase safety and lower environmental impact, it features a permanent belt, which also enhances safety by automatically shutting down when the vacuum is jammed. Additionally, the onboard tools and recessed hose give extended range for easier reach and more effective above-floor cleaning. Finally, the self-sealing bag promotes healthier disposal of full bags, keeping dust and debris from escaping back into the air.

Caddy Clean: Lightweight Scrubbing Machine

This is a lightweight machine that is used for heavy-duty jobs, allowing Team Members to perform deep cleaning while avoiding fatigue. It is unique, versatile and can be used handheld or with extensions that provide varying shaft length and angle. With its versatile accessories, this lightweight machine is easily maneuverable to get all spots on an area, no matter how hard they are to reach. This allows our Team Members to perform efficiently where previously only slower, manual methods would work. Additionally, a heavy-duty battery keeps the machine running longer without consuming more power, reducing the environmental impact.
