Courteney Scott: Safety Bingo Grand Prize Winner
Safety and a dedication to excellence are two things we talk about a lot around here at 4M Building Solutions. That’s because we’re passionate about maximizing both in our everyday work. But at the same time, we also like to have fun. There’s no reason why our Team Members can’t have fun, be safe and do great work day in and day out. To find a way to combine all three, we came up with Safety Bingo.
Our Team Members submit daily slogans with their unique and clever takes on what safety means to them, and we call out Safety Bingo numbers when we announce the slogan we’ve chosen for the day. Just like regular bingo, any Team Member who knocks out a whole row wins a cash prize, and anyone who fills up their entire card wins the grand prize. Because Team Members must be at work that day in order to play the bingo number, anyone who wins the grand prize is obviously a dedicated 4M Team Member.
So we want to put the spotlight on our latest grand prize winner: Courteney Scott, who won $2,000 by filling every single spot on her Safety Bingo card. Courteney has been a 4M Team Member since October 2016 and is currently stationed at the Illinois Agricultural Association.
When we asked Courteney about what Safety Bingo has taught her, she said that the 4M focus on safety has made her more aware of her surroundings, especially when it comes to putting out wet floor signs. This and many other safety precautions are things she had never thought about before joining the 4M Team.
When she’s not at work keeping our customer’s workplace safe and spotless, Courteney spends much of her time with her family, including her brother and parents. She is also attending college and has a bright future ahead of her as she continues to work hard and find her own path to success.
We want to say congratulations to Courteney, who is a great example of the type of Team Member whose attitude and dedication are essential to the Team’s success. Thank you for all of your hard work and for a job well done!
