MMMM ACQUIRES VIVID CLEANING INC.

TIM M. MURCH, CBSE, PRESIDENT OF MMMM (MITCH MURCH’S MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT COMPANY) a full service janitorial contract cleaning services company announced today that his company has purchased Vivid Cleaning Inc, one of the area’s most respected contract cleaning firms, from industry veteran Mike Wilcox.

MMMM is headquartered out of St. Louis with more than 3,000 employees in 300 accounts servicing over 60 million square feet every day and night throughout the entire Midwest and Southeast.  “The transaction is a perfect fit for both companies and Vivid’s customers”, said Wilcox.  Mike Wilcox will stay on with MMMM as Regional Sales Manager.
